According to Sacnilk, as of 3:45 PM, the film had already earned ₹23.65 crore, and evening shows are expected to push the total even higher, potentially surpassing Sunday’s earnings.
With Republic Day collections already crossing ₹23 crore, ‘Border 2’ is rapidly approaching the prestigious ₹200 crore club. Audiences continue to flock to theaters, keeping all eyes glued to its box office journey.
In just three days, ‘Border 2’ has become the second highest-grossing film in Sunny Deol’s career, surpassing lifetime collections of classics like ‘Jatt’ and ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’.
Among 2025 releases, the film has outperformed top contenders during its opening weekend, including ‘Dhurandhar’, ‘Thama’, ‘Housefull 5’, ‘Sikandar’, and ‘Saiyara’. Impressively, its third-day collections have beaten records set by blockbuster hits such as ‘Dangal’, ‘Baahubali 2’, ‘RRR’, ‘KGF 2’, and even ‘Gadar 2’.
The film stars Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty. Produced by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, and directed by Anurag Singh, the production also involves Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta.
