Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi starrer “Jolly LLB 3” has almost wrapped up its theatrical run. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, the film hit theatres on September 19 and has now completed over a month since its release. After a strong opening, the courtroom comedy-drama saw a steady decline in collections as the weeks passed by.
“Jolly LLB 3” brings back the popular duo Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, who once again light up the courtroom with their chemistry and sharp wit. The female leads Huma Qureshi and Amrita Rao add depth to the story. Subhash Kapoor maintains the signature mix of satire, social commentary, and humor that has been the hallmark of this franchise.
According to a report by Sacnilk, “Jolly LLB 3” collected ₹0.11 crore on its 35th day. This brings the film’s total India net collection to ₹116.28 crore, while its worldwide gross stands at ₹170.22 crore. The low daily earnings now indicate that the film’s box office journey is coming to an end.
The film’s box office performance was heavily affected by the release of “Kantara Chapter 1,” “Thama,” and “Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat.” These strong contenders took away a significant portion of its audience, slowing down Jolly LLB 3’s momentum.
The film opened well during its first weekend but began dropping from its fourth day onward. Despite a few minor jumps during weekends, the numbers continued to dip week by week.

Despite earning over ₹170 crore worldwide, the film’s overall performance is considered average when compared to its budget and marketing costs. It managed to engage audiences during its first few weeks but couldn’t sustain the same energy later on.
“Jolly LLB 3” delivered its share of courtroom entertainment, humor, and sharp social commentary. However, its declining box office run shows that in today’s competitive space, strong content and timing are key. Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi’s duo succeeded in bringing nostalgia, but commercially, the film remained a moderate success rather than a blockbuster.
