With this, Mahavatar Narsimha has etched its name in history as the first-ever Indian animated film to score a double century at the box office. Trade experts now believe the film might even touch ₹250 crore in lifetime earnings, especially considering War 2’s weaker-than-expected performance.

What makes the film’s run even more remarkable is its budget. Made at just ₹15 crore, the film’s profits have been staggering. With a return of ₹186.79 crore, the ROI stands at a record-breaking 1245%. This makes Mahavatar Narsimha the most profitable Hindi film of the modern era, surpassing The Kashmir Files, which had around 1162% ROI.
