Teja Sajja’s Mirai has turned out to be one of the biggest Telugu hits of 2025. After ruling the Indian box office, the fantasy action-adventure has now made its mark internationally as well. Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, the film has successfully wrapped up its overseas run, surpassing almost every Tollywood release of the year — except one!

According to the closing figures, Mirai has ended its overseas box office journey with an impressive ₹35.42 crore gross. It narrowly surpassed Sankranthiki Vasthunam (₹35.40 crore) to become the 2nd highest-grossing Telugu film of 2025 in overseas markets. However, it still trails behind Pawan Kalyan’s “They Call Him OG”, which stands tall with a massive ₹65.25 crore overseas total.
