The much-awaited teaser of Ajay Devgn’s upcoming film Son of Sardaar 2 is finally out, and fans are beyond excited. A sequel to the 2012 superhit Son of Sardaar, the film once again promises an entertaining mix of laughter, action, and drama.
Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, the film was announced with a fun-filled teaser video. Ajay Devgn is seen reprising his iconic role as Jassi Singh Randhawa.
This time, the story moves beyond family feuds and dives into a quest for love. Jassi travels to Scotland in search of his estranged wife, hoping to win her back. However, fate pulls him into a hostage crisis and a mafia gang war, leading to a series of chaotic and humorous events.
The teaser also gives a glimpse of a unique “Sardaar wedding”, which could become one of the film’s major highlights. Mrunal Thakur plays the female lead, while the film also stars power-packed actors like Sanjay Dutt, Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, Deepak Dobriyal, Chunky Pandey, and Neeru Bajwa in significant roles.

Unlike the first film, the sequel places more emphasis on romance and adventure. Instead of resolving family issues, Jassi now heads to Scotland to rebuild his relationship. But peace doesn’t come easy – amidst a hostage situation and gang wars, he finds himself caught in a new web of troubles.
Ajay Devgn stars alongside Mrunal Thakur, who plays the role of Rabia. The supporting cast includes Ravi Kishan (as Raja), Sanjay Mishra (as Bantu Pandey), Deepak Dobriyal, Chunky Pandey (as Danish), and Neeru Bajwa (as Dimple).
Son of Sardaar 2 is scheduled to release in cinemas on 25th July 2025. The film is presented by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, and produced under the banners of Devgn Films and SOS 2 Ltd Production. The producers are Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, N.R. Pachisia, and Pravin Talreja, with Kumar Mangat Pathak as co-producer.
