3. Action and Resolution Timeline

4. Counter-Notification Procedures

Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material with its original URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to local legal jurisdiction.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Box Office Index maintains a strict policy regarding intellectual property compliance. If our platform utilizes user-submitted content portals in the future, the accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing materials or receive multiple valid DMCA notices will be permanently terminated.
